依已發佈 metadata 組來源 SQL 查讀取複本（ReadReplicaDb），欄位別名＝AttributeCode。
參數 位置 型別 必填 說明
entityName query string 必填 EntityType 的 TypeCode，此處＝SHP01T118。
json query object 必填 等值過濾條件 JSON 物件，至少一個條件；key 限下方 active 欄位的 AttributeCode。
version query string 選填 指定發佈版本；留空＝最新 active 版本。歷史版本需填該版號。
